The two set menus are carefully and thoughtfully crafted, to the point where it isn’t just food, but art. The dining experience is unbelievable at Sauvage and we couldn’t recommend it more.
Ankor
Ankor is a contemporary Canadian restaurant. The venue immerses you into a refined and cozy atmosphere and aims to individualize guests’ experiences into one they won’t forget. From the curated wine list to the thoroughly thought through menu, Ankor will be a wonderful dining experience.
Rustica Steakhouse
Located at Silvertip Resort, the golf course isn’t just one of the reasons to visit, it’s for the food too. If you’re a steak lover, this is the spot for you. Rustica Steakhouse offers Tomahawks, Ribeye’s, Tenderloins and much more.
Casual Eats
Bridgette Bar
From pizza, pasta, steaks and fish, there isn’t much that Bridgette Bar doesn’t have to offer. Be sure to get there between 2-5 for their happy hour too where all drinks and pizza are half priced!
Where The Buffalo Roam Saloon
This restaurant feels like you are stepping into a Saloon in the wild west, so put your cowboy hat on! With an extensive cocktail list and an experienced bar team paired with a quirky menu, this spot is great for a drink and a bite.

CanGolf
It doesn’t get much better than CanGolf. With golf simulators, a great selection of food and drink, stunning views, a sports bar, it’s safe to say CanGolf is the ultimate hang out spot.
