With over a decade of experience, we have a large inventory of properties in Canmore and a solid reputation as experts in our industry. We are a full-service property management company akin to hotel accommodations. We are a values-based company. Our bottom line is simple, “If you need anything, we’ll be there for you.”

• Class 5 or 4 AB License and a reliable insured for work vehicle • 2 years post-secondary education in Hospitality, Property Management or Business • 2 years as a Team Lead or Supervisor with some management training • Experience working in hospitality front and back of house operations • Good scope of experience with innkeeping and property management • Knowledge of hospitality law and safety standards an asset • Moderate level of desktop/laptop self-sufficiency with a variety of software

AKA Housekeeper

This position is a combination of Housekeepr and Laundry Attendant

Housekeeper: Be the eagle-eyed slayer of Dust Bunnies and make a bed so well that going to sleep is like unwrapping a gorgeous present.
Laundry Attendant: We fold in the morning, we fold in the afternoon, we fold whenever we have nothing else to do! Everyone on our team folds some laundry. Many hands make light work.

A little about you …
You are proficient in SmartPhones — with an aptitude to learn new technology.
You have a Driver’s License, and a reliable vehicle.
You have experience in Housekeeping. Maybe Residential. Maybe at a Hotel.
You are punctual, resourceful, and reliable.
You are customer focused, communicate effectively (both written and oral), with strong problem-solving abilities.
You have a sense of humour, and speak sarcasm fluently.

Salary:$22-24/hour with Personal Vehicle.

Property Improvement & Executive Porter

AKA Maintenance/House Person

This position is a combination of Maintenance, House Person and Laundry Attendant

House Person:As we manage Short Term Rentals across Canmore, the House Person delivers the Clean Linen and supplies to the unit, and removes the dirty linen. This takes place between 11-1 pm each day. Outside of those times, there are Maintenance and Laundry Tasks to complete.
Maintenance: Towel Bars get loose, lightbulbs burnt out, exterior furniture gets sanded/sealed, drywall gets scuffed, kitchen faucets get replaced, lawns get mowed, snow gets shoveled, dryers get de-linted. Every day is completely different.
Laundry Attendant: We fold in the morning, we fold in the afternoon, we fold whenever we have nothing else to do! Everyone on our team folds some laundry ... even the Owner & Manager. Many hands make light work.

A little about you …
You are proficient in SmartPhones — with an aptitude to learn new technology.
You have a Driver’s License, with at least 3 Years Clean Driving Record in Canada.
You have experience in Maintenance. Maybe Residential. Maybe at a Hotel.
You are punctual, resourceful, and reliable.
You are customer focused, communicate effectively (both written and oral), with strong problem-solving abilities.
You have a sense of humour, and speak sarcasm fluently.

Salary: Starting from $20-$23/hr depending on experience

AKA Reservations Agent

This position is a combination of Reservations Agent and Laundry Attendant

Reservations Agent: Be the delightful voice that welcomes our Guests by phone! Process reservations, both online and phone. Communicate with guests and vendors.
Laundry Attendant: We fold in the morning, we fold in the afternoon, we fold whenever we have nothing else to do! Everyone on our team folds some laundry ... even the Owner & Manager. Many hands make light work.

A little about you …
You are proficient in Word, Excel, and SmartPhones/Apps — with an aptitude to learn new technology.
You are detailed, organized, an avid list maker. This combined with your willingness to clarify and ensure things are well thought-out and done properly will ensure your success in this role.
You love travel, learning, mountains, cats, and a good deal.
You are proficient in SmartPhones — with an aptitude to learn new technology.
You have a Driver’s License, and a reliable vehicle. Use of a Company Car is available for successful candidates with a clean driving record.
You have experience in the Hospitality or Real Estate Industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for a High School student looking for an after school/ weekend job, someone looking to practice English, or someone who wants to be paid to exercise for a few hours a day.
You'll have the opportunity to get to know our team, and how the Short Term Rental aspect of the Hospitality industry works.



Salary: $15/hour
