When you first enter the unit you’ll immediately want to unpack and make yourself at home. If you’re lucky enough to claim the Master as your room you’ll find it immediately on your right. Within this private oasis you’ll have access to your own separate balcony, a luxurious en suite with soaker tub, 3 closets, and a TV of your own that you can watch from the King bed. Continuing down the main hall, you’ll find yourself in the beautifully appointed open concept living area. The large eat in kitchen (with wet bar) is fully stocked in anticipation of the feasts you’ll cook up, and the dining table offers seating for 8. You’d never know it to look at them, but the two brand-new couches in the living room are also sleep sofas.

As you pass through the kitchen, you’ll have the option of two additional bedrooms, both with King beds. One of these rooms has the ability to be made up as two twin beds instead, please let us know if this is your preference. The other expansive bedroom also has a tv, and access to the 2nd bathroom in the unit.

With storage for your bikes and skiis, and room for everyone to relax if you happen to have a lazy day in, this unit is the perfect family friendly option – or would also be well suited to groups of friends travelling together. The building has additional amenities on offer; a shared hot tub, fitness room and games room with pool table are available for you to enjoy during your time here. *Currently closed due to COVID-19*

This condo is located in Spring Creek, one of the newest and most sought-after communities to be in - directly adjacent to Downtown Canmore. The neighborhood is bordered on either side by two streams, and filled with galleries, spas, wine shops and restaurants - even a deli! Once you've explored all that Spring Creek has to offer Downtown Canmore is a quick walk down the road, or along the more scenic route on one of the pathways along either of the creeks. An evening out is easily accessible on foot - no need to worry about finding parking and leaving your car overnight, it doesn't even have to leave the parking garage. 


We at Rockies Rentals are doing our best to comply with Alberta Health regulations and public health orders. This includes compliance with CMOH Order 10-2021, which states that indoor gatherings are prohibited at this time. All guests looking to stay at our properties will be required to provide proof that they are members of the same household – allowances under the order exist for people who reside on their own spending time with another who also resides alone. We understand this is frustrating, but we need to ensure we are looking out for the safety of our employees, and community at large. We’re sorry if this means you cannot book with us at this time, but look forward to welcoming you to Canmore and our properties when the order is rescinded and it is safe to do so.
